HARVESTING and processing olives to extract oil is the subject of an interesting photo essay recently posted on the photostory site, Storehouse.

It’s a photo essay that would interest those engaged in olive growing, whether commercially or for their own consumption. The story shows harvesting and oil pressing as it’s traditionally done in Italy.
