Claire Parfitt – sustainable agriculture researcher and Food Sovereignty campaigner – has been studying and travelling in Argentina for the past month. She was lucky enough to participate in a continent-wide Food Sovereignty conference held in Charbonier, in the central Argentinian province of Cordoba.
