Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ)
The Agroecology & Food Sovereignty Alliance (AFSA) represents the interests of small scale farmers and eaters through policy recommendations across a broad spectrum of government activities.
This page presents current FSANZ food safety standards (only horticulture at the moment), clearly laid out by state and territory so growers, processors, retailers, and consumers can see exactly what applies in their region. Our team has compiled and interpreted these requirements to make complex regulations easier to understand and use in everyday practice. If you find this resource useful, please consider donating or becoming a member so we can continue researching, updating, and expanding this work to other sectors and emerging standards.
