We are a small food distribution and advocacy company.
We work for, with and beside Australia’s small, sustainable farmers and producers who excel in the management of endangered, rare and heritage pigs, sheep, cattle, and poultry. We place particular emphasis on supporting Australian farmers and growers who have made a commitment to promoting sustainable farming and manufacturing processes.
Because we work with seasonal breeding cycles, we provide only that which is in its prime. Through this, we are able to assist in funding each farmer’s choice to chemical-free, intervention-free farming on clean pastures with sustainable, ethical and regenerative practices; helping launch small batch producers into the retail and wholesale market at little or no cost to the farmer. We have no high ongoing operating costs, no high margins, no bulk warehouse. We simply source and supply as demand dictates.
We stock only ethically bred and open pasture raised animals, taking the worry out of sourcing ethically raised, sustainable foods that live up to consumer expectation.We work on full transparency and supply single origin produce only.
This means we do not supply boxed meats or bulk units of cuts. Rather, we encourage you to explore whole carcasses and full animals the way nature intended them to grow.
